SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

LITTLE GIRAFFE ONLY OFFERS DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150 to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories). Our freight carriers prevent us from shipping to US P.O Boxes. Free shipping terms subject to change, and may not apply to all products.

Please be informed that any taxes and duties added are payable by the receiver for international shipments. The international customs, taxes, and duties fees are applied by the government and not by our company. When you import goods into a country, you may be required to pay import duties or tariffs. These fees are imposed by the government to protect domestic industries, generate revenue, or regulate imports. The amount of duty depends on the type of goods and their declared value. This is not a charge imposed by the business you are purchasing from in the US.


How long will my order take to ship?

Estimated Domestic FedEx Ground delivery times are as follows (neither Little Giraffe or FedEx can guarantee these shipment times):

2 Days: AL, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS (South of Greenville-Starkville), NC, NJ, NYC area, OH, PA, SC, TN (East of Nashville), VA, WI, WV
3 Days: AR, CO, IA, Western ID, NM, KS, MO, MS (North of Greenville-Starkville), MT, Western ND & SD, NE, OK, TX, TN (West of Nashville), WA, Eastern WY
4 Days: California (north of San Luis Obispo County), AZ, ID (East of Boise), NV, UT, Western WY
5 Days: Southern CA (Kern, Los Angeles, Orange San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara, SLO & Riverside counties)


What are the cut-off times for same-day shipping?

All orders placed after 8:30am PST, Monday through Thursday will leave our warehouse the following afternoon. All orders placed after 8:30am PST on Friday through 8:30am PST on Monday will ship out of our warehouse on Monday. Please be sure to calculate expedited shipping accordingly.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is the Return/Exchange Policy for Little Giraffe™ products purchased at www.littlegiraffe.com?

At Little Giraffe™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase from www.littlegiraffe.com, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment, and have all applicable tags still attached. Contact customerservice@littlegiraffe.com_ for details. Please have your Order ID# ready.

If you purchased your Little Giraffe™ product from one of our retail distributors, other website, or third party, please contact the company you purchased from directly to process a return or exchange. Also, if one of our products has been personalized, monogrammed, or altered in any way, we cannot accept it for refund or exchange.

If you're looking to return your purchase, arrange your return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping the products back to us.

Please note, if your purchase was made with a credit or debit card, including a gift purchase, any refund will be credited back to that account. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, or whether your purchase may be returned, please call us at 888-544-7568 during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST. You may also contact us through email at customerservice@littlegiraffe.com. Please allow 48 hours for a response.


I'm not happy with the item I purchased at www.littlegiraffe.com. How do I return it for a refund?

I received an item that I didn't order or is damaged. How do I return it for a refund or an exchange?

How do I check the status of my order?

The easiest way to check the status of an order is to click the link for "ORDER REFERENCE" in your Order Confirmation email. The subject line of this email would be "Your order has been received". Once submitted, you will find all the information you need.


How do I track the shipping of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a subject line of "Your order has been shipped". You will find your tracking number with a link to FedEx.com. Once submitted, you will find all the information you need.


I received a Little Giraffe™ product as a gift but I don't know where it was purchased. I have a problem with the item and would like to return or exchange it. What should I do?

DISCOUNTS

I received two different promo codes and one isn't working, can I use both when checking out?

Most promotional codes can not be combined, if you have received two different promo codes and one of them is not working,you will need to choose which promo code you want to apply to your order. We're afraid that for the most part, you cannot combine or stack multiple promo codes at the same time. You're more than welcome to contact Customer Service if you need more clarification on this so that we can be of more help!

What is A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card?

It's the perfect gift for everyone on your list (as well as the simplest). It's a quick and easy way to send a gift. You choose the amount and we send it to you via email- this is a virtual eGift Card. You get to email it to your friend of choice, and they choose how to spend it online.


I submitted my order but have not received my eGift Card code!

A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card codes are sent via email about 24-48 hours after purchase.


How can I see a list of all of the Gift Card codes that have been purchased under my customer account?

Under ACCOUNTS, navigate to GIFT CARDS. Please be sure to save all email confirmations received and for further assistance, please feel free to contact a member of our Customer Service Team at customerservice@littlegiraffe.com


I am trying to purchase A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card and other items as well, but my coupon code cannot be applied to the eGift Card.

Coupon codes are not applicable towards the purchase of A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card. The coupon code that you are using will discount all other items in your cart.


How can I redeem my eGift card?

A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Cards can be used at littlegiraffe.com, or on phone orders. So shop around, select the item you're interested in and use your eGift Card to pay for it. It's so easy. When purchasing online, the eGift Card code can be entered during checkout, in the GIFT CARD CODE field.


My friend sent A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card to me... how do I use it?

In order to use A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card code, you may either enter the code in the GIFT CARD CODE field at checkout or register it first on www.littlegiraffe.com by:

  1. Logging into your account HERE.
  2. Click on ACCOUNT at the top of the page.
  3. Click on GIFT CARDS on the left side of the page, under ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
  4. Select the REGISTER GIFT CARD button; on the next page, enter the gift card code.

Can I apply half of my eGift Card on a purchase, and save the rest for later?

Any balance on A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card will be auto-applied to your order. If there is a remaining balance on the eGift Card (because your order total was less than the balance on your eGift Card), you may save it for another day!

Once A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card has been used, it is no longer active. While the original balance cannot be put back onto your eGift Card, we are happy to offer a credit to your customer account. Simply call Little Giraffe in order to apply this credit on any future orders. Our Customer Service team is more than happy to assist you: 888-LGisLOVE (544-7568) Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm PST.


Are there shipping charges on A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Cards?

There are no shipping costs when purchasing A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Cards. eGift Cards are sent via email and are eco-friendly! If there are other products in your order, then shipping fees will apply if your order does not qualify for free shipping. The cost of an eGift Card does not apply towards the free shipping offer for orders over $100.


Do you offer Corporate eGift Cards?

At this time, corporate eGift Cards are unavailable.


Can I check my eGift Card balance?

If you are the purchaser, you may check the balance by:

What are the Terms & Conditions for A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card?

Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, the coupon will only apply only to those items. Sales tax will not be applied to A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order and you are shipping within California, tax will apply only to those items. Little Giraffe™ will not be responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards. A Gift of LOVE™ eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Redeemable only online at littlegiraffe.com.
